Build
Build once, and build for every stage.
A new home can be designed from the start to support you, your parents, your kids, and whoever comes next.
Why it matters
Plan now, save later.
Planning wider doorways, a main-level suite, and a step-free entry now costs far less than adding them later. Dan brings the building, and I bring 30 years of knowing how people move through a home.

Southern Square Homes
Homes designed for every age and ability.
Dan and I lead Southern Square Homes together. He brings the skill of a licensed general contractor, and I bring an occupational therapist's eye for how a home will really be lived in.
